To help you stay on theme, here’s a starter list of our favorite cannabis cocktails:
The Mexican Dandy
Perfect for a chilly spring day, this hot beverage delivers a joyous blend of caffeine, marijuana, and delicious tequila.
2 oz fine reposado tequila (we recommend Herradura or Siete Leguas)
3 oz of hot tea brewed with Black Assam High Tea
1 teaspoon of wildflower honey (optional)
1 teaspoon of cream (optional)
Directions: Go to Have a Heart Bothell and purchase a package Black Assam High Tea, which contains 10 mg of THC and can be found on our edibles menu. Brew according to instructions. One package should provide enough tea for three cocktails. For one cocktail, pour 3 oz of the hot tea into a tea cup and add tequila, honey, and cream.
For guests who want to keep it mellow, this citrus-infused cocktail delivers a soothing body high with a perfect balance of CBD, THC, and dark rum.
2 oz of aged rum (we recommend Anniversario or Plantation)
1 oz of Aperol
Half a dropper of Fairwinds CBD Citrus Tincture
Directions: Talk to the friendly budtenders at Have a Heart Bothell, who can hook you up with Fairwinds CBD Citrus Tincture, which contains a 50/50 balance of THC and CBD. Return home. In a shaker, combine lime juice, rum, Aperol and ice. Shake and then strain into cocktail glass. Add tincture to cocktail, creating a float.
Note: Warn your guests that this tincture takes about 45 minutes to kick in.
Forget Fireball–our cinnamon-infused THC cocktails are the bomb!
2 oz Irish whisky
1 teaspoon of cinnamon simple syrup
3/4 dropper of Fairwinds Cinnamon Tincture
dash of Angostura bitters
Directions: Peruse our menu at Bothell’s best pot shop, where you’ll find Fairwinds Cinnamon Tincture. Return home. Combine ingredients in shaker and serve over ice in highball glasses.
