Your Skyway Pot Shop’s Favorite Famous Lady Stoners

Your Skyway Pot Shop’s Favorite Famous Lady Stoners

This month, your Skyway pot shop has had Loretta Lynn’s tune “Wine, Women and Song” on heavy rotation. Only when we sing along, we replace “song” with “weed” because we like alliteration and well, we like weed.

“Of course, Have a Heart in Skyway is the best pot shop in South Seattle, and has everything you need to stock up — and smoke up — in a style these women could appreciate, so come in and see us soon. Maybe you’ll want to pick up some of these strains!”

In honor of National Women’s History Month, we’d like to call your attention to three of our favorite famous female stoners (OK, four) and the strains your Skyway pot shop would like to share with them.

Of course, Have a Heart in Skyway is the best pot shop in South Seattle, and has everything you need to stock up — and smoke up — in a style these women could appreciate, so come in and see us soon. Maybe you’ll want to pick up some of these strains!

  1. The OG

Alice B. Toklas was an early 20th century renegade who briefly studied music at the University of Washington, and was the life partner of writer Gertrude Stein. Her most famous weed contribution was The Alice B. Toklas Cookbook, which featured a soon-to-be-classic recipe for Hashish Fudge. Listen to Alice read the recipe here. To hang with Alice, we’d bring this high THC strain for the key ingredient for her famous fudge.

Bosshogg from ATF Farms – 31.2% THC – starts at $10/1g

  1. The Gen Xer

Sarah Silverman and weed go together like butterscotch candies and your grandma’s handbag. The Gen X comedian famously showed off her vape pen on the red carpet at the Emmy’s and gets high with her parents. Since Sarah’s originally from New Hampshire, we’d pack a bowl of this frosty strain to share.

Snowmistress #1 from Clandestine – 25.5% THC – starts at $14/1g

  1. The Millennials

OK, this makes four ladies – not three – but we couldn’t separate these two stoner women. Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer are known for smoking tons of weed on their Comedy Central Show, Broad City. Sadly, the weed they smoke on the show is fake. Time is money when you’re working, right? But Glazer and Jacobson dropped by High Times to promote their show and fangirl out over the real weed! Since we’d need to smoke out both ladies, we’d splurge on this one and get woke.

Pure Kush Sugar Babes from Washington Bud Company – 29.1% THC/0.4% CBD — $110/8g
