Hometown Heroes Military Banner Program
The San Bernardino Hometown Heroes Military Banner Program is designed to honor military personnel who reside in the City of San Bernardino. The military banners will be on display on major streets throughout the City of San Bernardino. Private donations from businesses or citizens are always welcomed. All funds are donated to a 501 (c ) (3) and are considered tax deductible.

Community Vital Signs (Vital Signs) is a community-wide initiative supporting the Wellness element under the Countywide Vision. Vital Signs provides a community health improvement framework and basis for aligning resources to improve the health and wellness of county residents. Vital Signs efforts are community driven and guided by the San Bernardino County Community Transformation Plan, which provides a common understanding of key issues and how social determinants impact health.
