In the years since Washington state began allowing combined recreational and medical cannabis sales, he has leveraged his inherent gift at building successful partnerships and his unmatched industry experience to establish and grow six Have a Heart retail locations. Have a Heart CC has garnered 5% of the states total cannabis sales. Ryan's successful management of Have Heart CC's operations has directly led to our position as the top retail cannabis dispensary brand in Washington with annual gross revenue in excess of $42M.
Ed first came to Have a Heart CC as a consultant in late 2013 and was soon hired as the company’s Human Resources Manager in preparation for Washington’s regulatory switchover in 2015. Since joining Have a Heart full-time, Ed has been a primary driver for revenue generation, increased systems efficiency and planning, and the development of a team-based, mission-driven company culture. Under his direction, Have a Heart’s monthly sales revenue has grown from $250K to over $3.75M.
Todd is a successful property developer, active in the Seattle real estate market since the mid-1990s. In 2012, Todd developed the website cannamls.com, targeting properties suitable for development as commercial cannabis businesses. After facilitating the licensure of some of Washington’s earliest recreational cannabis businesses, Todd partnered with Ryan to open Have a Heart’s Skyway location. Todd now manages Have a Heart’s nationwide real-estate acquisitions and is also active in real estate development.
Chip is a founding owner of The Downtown Dispensary in Tucson, Arizona. The Downtown opened its doors in 2013 and was voted “The Best Dispensary” in Tucson by the Tucson Weekly magazine for the past three years. He moved to Seattle in 2014, created Boyden Investment Group (BIG), and opened a recreational cannabis store in downtown Seattle in 2016 as a Have a Heart CC licensee, currently Seattle's #1 store for recreational cannabis sales. Chip now alternates his time between Washington and California, developing the relationships that will form the foundation of Have a Heart’s expansion into California.
